Accurate Stockpile Volume Calculation Using Drone Stereo Data
Using drone-collected stereo data, we can calculate stockpile volumes by working with the DSM mass point data generated for the project. A vector file is created to define the stockpile's base edge. With this defined vector base, the DSM data is then used to accurately calculate the stockpile's volume.
